With her face on the left side reacting to something on the right side. In case you are unaware to what this is calling back to, Jacksflims has been on a crusade of sorts over the last year or so now against react channels for not crediting people or being generally really lazy with their content. He went after SSSniperwolf for this reason which lead to her going to Jack’s house, doxxing him, and attempting to entertain an “altercation” with him.
