I think it's because back in the day, they would add stuff to medicine and food during processing that wasn't necessarily safe to eat, so they banned fully enclosing anything in foods that could be harmful (like a plastic toy).. at least that's I remember from my highschool econ class. It may only be in the States because pretty much everything here is processed.

Actually Kinder chocolate is Italian but the word Kinder is from Germany and The Netherlands. It means children. And I LOVE IT. It's so yummy.. I'm from The Netherlands and everyone around here is obsessed with it. Most teenagers with Kinder Buena, that stuff is the best. And now I just really want surprise eggs..

So surprise surprise your childhood products are actually all available in the Middle East which is kinda cool thinking we grew up with the same stuff! And Flormar is a Turkish brand, but apparently they rip us off here (here=Jordan) cuz they sell us the nailpolish for about 1.50 USD so u get to buy 3 for the price of 1... but its still the cheapest nailpolish available and amazing for the price i must say because the quality is awesome.. Never tried their lipsticks though their eyeliners (kohl) are amazing you should definitely give those a try.. Thanks for the fun video Evelina, say hi to your mom :)

You're wrong, the company is "FERRERO" and it's an Italian company, since I'm Italian I can assure you that. It's written everywhere. Also, the name "kinder" was used by the company to simulate a good quality product, since, at the time, a German name was a warranty of quality. Inform yourself.

@Piper Z. Feel free to judge our rights! I by no means think Australia's perfect. We still don't even allow gays to get married for crying out loud. Virtually every country on earth has room for improvement. It just angers me that the US still has time to be pedantic about something as trivial as not allowing Kinder Surprise eggs, meanwhile kids at Sandy Hook get killed because of a law the US can't bring themselves to reform.
