At 1:02.. there should be diploid cell mam.. .. As the length of diploid DNA is 2.2m== (0.34 nm *(6.6*10^9)m

The No. of base pair in a turn would depend on the diameter of the coil or the turn. This No. is only specific to Histone Octomer.

Histones are just supporting protein for DNA , so it's present in same size and same for all DNAs

Does each chromosome in a cell has same or different DNA? I mean I think we have 23 types of chromosome and specific gene present on specific chromosome but gene is part or sequence of dna. So each chromosome has specific dna which is responsible for specific protein. Please clear it properly

There is something wrong in this lecture , mam actually ........BEHIND "H2A , H2B IS PRESENT ......., BEHIND H2B ,H2A IS PRESENT........., I.e TWO H2A and H2B dimer is present ... and similarly TWO H3 And H4 DIMER is present... mam if I am wrong please suggest me mam...thank you mam
