Doctor, I think it would be better if the RMSD value is less than two. The closer to zero the better If you have a source for the 1.5 to 2.5 range I would like you to point me to it. Thank you for your input. I understand your concern about the RMSD value. However, it is important to keep in mind that there is no one-size-fits-all answer to what constitutes a good RMSD value. The acceptable range can vary depending on the specific context and the data being analyzed. In this case, the range of 1.5 to 2.5 is generally considered acceptable for this type of analysis.
