Their was an episode some years back about a man named Freddy Huckabee molesting his stepdaughter in a situation similar to this. They were from my hometown. The dad finally managed to get custody back after years of battle in court and proving he was innocent and the mother and stepfather were on meth. Freddy however never spent time in prison because someone took justice in their own hands and he ended up a grease spot in the road.

I was raped at a young age (according to reports, I don’t remember too much, but think one of my memories was one of them just skewed a bit to be something I could understand). I found out my ex (her dad) raped our daughter (found out when she was 7- we hadn’t been together most of the time and he lived in another state so didn’t see her much). My ex occasionally hugged her. He ended up in jail- but in vt just because you are convicted of raping your child, you don’t automatically lose your parental rights. (Messed up). But in court, he did keep fighting for visits, he kept fighting against having his rights removed. It wasn’t because he loved her, it was because he thought it’d make him look “innocent” in criminal court. Or just because he wanted to hurt her more. My daughter turned 20 about a month ago. Not once in her life has anyone had a reason to question anything about our parenting because we are moral people and she is literally the most important thing in mine & my wife’s (her mother) life. Both of us are her providers & protectors, in the early days we did without so she didn’t have to and now she’s turning into a very impressive young lady. We have just the one child and that is enough.

I have a respect for Steve and Rachel and the whole staff, they care about people who know they need help, who need confirmation of the truth through lie detectors that they know or need to prove to others. This show is not all about sensation and ratings. The updates are great and show they helped people heal & move on!

The Stepfather got high on cocaine, and touched the little girl, and the Mother, as a former addict, knows that he's doing cocaine. She wasn't the least bit surprised. Any decent mother would have been very upset to have been put in that situation. But that's why she's living with him. She's in a bad situation for a reason. Because she is an unfit mother. The little girl should immediately be taken away from the mother, and custody should be awarded to the father. The fact that she admitted she's going to have her daughter around a man that is doing cocaine, is reason enough to prove that she is endangering her daughter's well being. As if it's not clear to everyone that the stepfather touched her, and the mother doesn't seem to care, is reason enough to take the little girl away from her. CPS will definitely be all over her now. I hope the father files a motion for an appearance to establish paternity, and a petition for emergency custody.

Can you reach out to them for an update??? Definitely needs one for that childs sake. He definitely did it... He screams creep. Smiles about the child's panties and him potty training her and her calling him daddy from day 1... and does coke, says he'll take a test KNOWING they couldn't do it. I bet he feels like he beat the system. I hope the dad gets the kid. She's filthy too and is literally allowing the abuse to continue by keeping him around.
