Hello, I don't know if the problem with the load lifters is still relevant for you, but I have a solution. It would probably help to attach the entire shoulder strap panel (the one that attaches to the frame, with the pads inside that rest against your back when you're carrying the backpack) a little lower on the frame. Placed one or two slots lower, it lifts the frame completely higher over your shoulder when carrying the backpack. This should then give the load lifters more chance to function. Greetings Torsten

First of all I want to mention that I keep seeing your name on a lot of videos about backpacks that I go through, kudos. As an addition I want to mention that in case the waist belt sits too high after your solution for the load lifters, it can make sense to turn it upside down. That way the belt sits a bit lower and also "grabs" onto the hips better. Regards from germany, oz.

you might also want to try attaching your shoulder pad harness at a different spot also, maybe one inch lower so the frame sits higher on your back.

Great idea. I'll look into it

Why not insert the loadlifter through the lower slit on the frame? Therefore the shoulder straps pull the frame a bit higher on your back giving you more lift.

That might work. The only problem I see is that the buckle would probably be behind the frame. Not sure if that would create any issues adjusting or not. Certainly worth a try.

Mine didn’t come with thing at 0:48 what should I do?

A lot of the time, when you buy the straps they don't come with the load lifters. An Ebay search may be the answer. But make sure to research exactly what you need. There were different versions/variations of the MOLLE gear and there are differences.

Is this modification still working...I thought is might crack/break the plastic over time. Also, how much weight have you been carrying? Thanks.

Not enough data for longterm conclusions. I have several packs and don't use the MOLLE often enough for that. Max weight has been around 45 lbs. With that, so far, everything is still going good.
