I come back and watch this all the time. I went to grade school with Sam Bush - he was one grade below me. I remember his mother and father who were good amateur musicians and his sisters who sang in the church choir. I used to watch him and the New Grass Revival every time they came to town. Everyone on the stage there is a virtuoso.

My wife and I were there that day. It was 1992. This song brought the house down. They cut off the audience reaction. Everyone was up and yelling for a while. So much energy from Sam in the vocal. And everyone killed their breaks. And Mark holding it down on the bass. One of the best sets I ever saw at Merlefest. ❤
