Actual Starbucks barista here. This a cute idea and I appreciate the way Molly did it. The one girl who went around asking for something off the "secret menu" was annoying and the quickest way to get one of us barista's to hate you. But I like helping someone try something new! Me and all of my coworkers have our own weird drink combos that we come up with at the end of the night when we're slow, like subbing out milk for apple juice in a frappuccino and making a blended "Caramel Apple Spice". The passion tea you had the second day would go great with coconut milk and a few pumps of sugar-free vanilla! It's one of my favorite go to drinks since I can't have caffeine. Love you Molly!❤️

Joi Miller a creme frappuccino, no milk sub apple juice, cinnamon dolce syrup (I do sugar free), carmel drizzle, and yes whip cream if they ask. And it is delicious. I love Carmel Apple Spices hot, iced, and blended!

I used to work at Starbucks also. I really hated people demanding "secret menu" off the internet and not providing the content to go with it. Passion Tea goes with soy milk also, though I am not too keen on it. I am a straight up Passion Tea with a tint of Apple juice type of person. I totally agree that us barista totally have our own code of drinks, me and my co-workers used to make this 'ice cream' frap, as we sub out whole milk for heavy cream and use all the dry fruit in store to make a berry ice cream frap.

So I’m a barista at Starbucks, want to read about a customer story? Aight. There are so many people that are very particular with their coffee, like one time this girl came in and demanded for THREE ice cubes only in her ice venti soy quad 2.5 pump vanilla latte with 3 pumps of toasted white mocha, extra stirred, with whip cream, Carmel drizzle, and a dash of cinnamon topping. There are different levels. A starbucks in a resort is a "we proudly serve"/licensed concept store which essentially means they buy the starbucks product and resell it. Some resort starbucks still have literally everything but someone employed by them would be employed by the resort or store, such as Barnes and Nobles, not starbucks. Unless its a storefront starbucks they're not full service

ToxicReaper3 surprise drinks are fun. If you have restrictions on what it can’t be just don’t do it while we are swamped. But if it’s a regular shift and you say you want a surprise you will either get someone who puts a lot of thought into it or someone who makes you what they like bc they don’t know what to do. I got my sweet tooth from my dad, but even when he was pre-diabetic, he would be eating junk food and drinking soda with dinner every single night while I was not allowed much more than welch's fruit snacks and the very rare single serving packs of candy. I think my friends with diabetes had more sugar than I did sometimes. I basically spent my entire childhood craving something I couldn't have, so when I finally moved out of my parents' house, I went crazy. Basically tried to satisfy 2 decades worth of cravings as quickly as possible before I eventually reigned in and found myself a good balance. Still working on cutting back a little, but I've gone from making a 14oz pack of candy last a few hours to making it last a week.

I'm pretty basic, I like frappuccinos in the summer (mocha or caramel, depending on my mood) and hot chocolate in the winter. And more often than not, it's peppermint hot chocolate, because I craved it nonstop when I was early on in my pregnancy with my daughter, and it makes me think of that time :)

Hey, Molly! I've been watching for a while now but haven't commented. I work as a barista and know you're not a sweet fan, so I wanted to recommend trying a Macchiato! The "starbucks" version is basically just a latte that's flipped upside down (Flavor, milk foam, and the espresso and toppings), and isn't as sweet at other drinks, because it's made with one less pump of flavor syrup. Plus, with the espresso on top, what sweetness the drink does have won't come through as strong! My favorite is the iced vanilla bean coconut milk macchiato!

I've beed a Starbucks partner (employee) for about four years and I actually LOVE when customers are open to trying new things, and ask for suggestions. I definitely always ask them a few questions about their preferences first, and always offer to give them something else if they don't like it, but it's a lot of fun helping people find something they like. Barista here! We love to experiment and make our own concoctions when we are able. My current go-to is an iced venti almond milk chai with 2 pumps chai and 1 pump vanilla with a couple blonde espresso shots. This is such a fun idea and I love that Molly was so sweet and worked with her baristas. It would be fun to do the same idea but ask for the barista to make their current favorite drink, I know mine changes all the time and I love to share it with other people!

So I just realized the " ; " tattoo behind her left ear and it made me smile and be proud of (again) being her subscriber. That sign is basically coming from the fact that a writers wants to and almost end the sentence but dont. It sembolizes when somebody wanted to and almost end their life ( suicide) but dont. From what I understand (about the program Gallop came from anyway) they have "litter themes". So they'll name all the pops based on the theme for that litter. She briefly mentioned this in the video she did meeting Rickh Dillon's pig.
