I love hearing what gorgeous celebs, like you, eat in a day and what your workouts are. You work it, I see you killing it on Instagram💪🏻. I also appreciate that you said “I get paid to look a certain way”, but you clearly keep yourself in check with your food choices and you stay in great shape. I really enjoyed this video, thank you, Molly!

P.S One of my favorite hacks is "creamed corn." If you take an ear of corn and grate it, the natural milk from the stalk comes out and it creates a creamy consistency with the corn. Then just add a little salt. It honestly tastes like butter and heavy cream has been added. My favorite hack I've found for creating a healthier version of one of my guilty pleasures!

This is coming at the perfect time as I am really starting to get ready for my wedding! So excited to check out these brands you recommend. I'd love a video diving more into cheat meals and how to cheat well. I find I'm great during the week, then one too many social events happen over the weekend and suddenly my "cheat meal" becomes a 3 day event!

I love the vegetarian chili, pea soup, and black bean. I am always looking for quick, easy, and healthy being a working mom. Plus they are all filled with fiber and protein. OH! I need to try! What's the sodium intake on them?
@greenivy65805 жыл бұрын
They range from 150 on the pea soup to 400 on the black bean and vegetarian chili. They are so good and I feel like if you workout the sodium isn't going to hurt you that badly. Although I know you are doing a cleanse so maybe something to try afterwards. @@mollysims

It's not that bad, your body will slowly stop craving sugars and carbs. But I definitely snack on crackers, popcorn and will have some sweet potatoes and brown rice every once and a while.
@heth3005 жыл бұрын
caty2ful I'm on the Dr Atkins diet...high-protein, low-carb diet. It's true that after awhile your body no longer craves sugars or carbs. I mainly eat meats, cheeses, eggs, olives, salads. I no longer have to take antacids which I used to have to take daily and I feel better overall.
@caty2ful5 жыл бұрын
@@heth300 Yes, I tried that before, but it doesnt work for me...I always feel hungry, my belly hurts because the digestion is so quick and it doesnt make me feel comfortable. I love bread and love warm food.
@heth3005 жыл бұрын
@@caty2ful Bread was the hardest for me to give up at first (I love bread) but now I'm so used to it. I always carry around a Dr Atkins protein bar in my purse for whenever I'm away from home because I do get snacky. I snack on beef sticks and cheese sticks in between meals at home which helps a lot with any hunger issues. I used to get very bloated after I ate ( I'm assuming it was the carbs) but now after being on this diet I don't experience that anymore. I drink Dr Atkins meal replacement drinks of a morning and there's so much protein in it that it makes me full enough to get me through to lunch. I eat a lot of cheeseburgers (Ha!) without the bread and a huge salad with it which fills me up for most of the day. It's definitely a lifestyle change.
