Man, late 90's-early 2000's music has such a unique charm. To me it feels like I'm watching a dream. That era of music felt optimistic, friendly and energetic without being too wild, and the tunes were catchy without getting old. Same here! I remember dancing to this song back in the day but I never knew who sang. I'm sure if this song came out in the 90's or not and am not going to google it. But just like most songs in the 90's, most notably dance/club, you didn't know who the artist was, unless the song become commercialized. However, a lot of us didn't care, we only cared about how good the music was!

Roisin Murphy is far and away the greatest frontperson I've ever seen live, the engagement and energy was mindblowing, hypnotic even. I remember her standing on stage at a festival in Newcastle, yelling lustily at the non-dancing members of the audience in her splendid Irish brogue 'stop trying to be cool! You're not f***ing cool!' I really miss Moloko.
