Hello, what is the reason for not using inspiration in the main setup?

if we have better option we dont use inspiration, multi strike and elemental damage with attack is better option for dps, inspiration more likely for elemental projectile build becaus they cannot use multi strike.

Could you comfortably swap shield for Atziri's Reflection to free up belt for mageblood or something else?

the main point of the belt is gain rage. if we are using mageblood, we can get "reduced curse effect during flask effect" on any utility flask suffix to achieve curse immune, so you don't need atziri shield.

@@ANTI-META-GAMING There's rage producing eater/exarch implicits that can do the rage portion instead too so I was wondering about shifting stuff around a bit. Atziris is a bit overkill forsure tho lol

I think you can if you roll the map into very safe, progenesis will work well on this build, original sin I don't think so and will think about tide of times.
