molybdenum seems to have cured my intolerance of garlic and raw onions. Apparently the sulfur compounds in them are broken down by the sulfur detoxification pathway mentioned. Interestingly, it seemed to take quite a long time supplementing MO before I was able to consistently eat them again. I had the problem for about 30 years. Thanks Molybdenum.

@@MrGinz4uuu Don't take anything I say as a recommendation. I'm just winging it. I have been takign it on and off for years, only consistently for periods of time. Looking at my amazon purchase history, I've been through two bottles of 60 tablets @ 1mg and 5 bottles of 100 @ 250mcg Kal brand. I did notice improvements after a while, but since I was inconsistent it is hard to say what it would have taken if I had been consistent. I do still have issues once in a while, but most of the time I can eat a fair amount and not seem to have any issues. But there may be another factor, or the availability of molybdenum varies. Sorry I can't be more specific.

How much did you have to take? I have a similar issue. Did you have SIBO by chance?

@@kristianornelas7255 I took KAL brand 250 mcg for quite a while. I would not take that as a recommendation though. I can't remember why I decided to take that amount. I have quit for a while to see how things go, but I not take kelp every day and am a l,ittle more attentive to mineral consumption in general.
