MOM OF 11 MORNING ROUTINE

When I was growing up there was a lady in my church who made fruit pizza every time there was a special dinner or event. It was my favorite thing to eat. She also made a vegetable one and they are amazingly good. Brings back memories. I’m going to have to make them. I haven’t seen them in years.

I miss when my mom would pack my lunch&she would draw a lil kitty on my paper lunch bag, lord how i miss those days she made it with love&you clearly put a lot of effort to make sure that love goes into their lunch ❤ i subbed

The fruit pizza reminds of when I was young my mom use to make a veggie pizza...You just brought back alot of long forgotten memories of my mom. Thank You for that, I miss her and my gran everyday & more so in the spring. I remember my granma when I was younger she made the fruit pizza, well in her version anyways. She diced up the freash fruit then instead of a huge pizza like you made she added different diced fruits to the tops of sugar cookies. My favorite were the 4th of July ones made with diced Strawberries and the blackberries & blueberries. But you can use whatever fruit you like. As a granmom I understand now why, it just makes life easier.

When my kids were younger I would make veggie pizza for them. All it is is crescent rolls spread over a cookie sheet and baked. Then I made the sauce of cream cheese a touch of mayonnaise and some dry ranch dip mix it up and once the crust comes out spread it out. I then cut up broccoli cauliflower and cherry tomatoes small pieces and then sprinkle with cheese. You don’t cook the vegetables at all. My kids are now in their 30’s and when they come to visit they always ask me to make it.

Hi Alicia! I have a fruit pizza hack for you. If you slice the pizza dough in thin rounds it's much easier to spread out over the pizza pan or pizza stone.

Do your kids eat every single thing you pack ?They only get 25 minutes , I was lucky if my kids at a whole sandwich and a bag of chips. Did you put the bag with 2 sausage links back in the freezer or did you use them.

I have 3 questions. 1. Do the schools have a way to Heat kids lunches? 2. Do any of the kids believe in the 🐰 Easter Bunny? 3. Are you going to make Irish Soda Bread for St. Patricks Day. It’s like a Sweet Sour Dough Bread. Made with butter milk, raisins, and sometimes caraway seeds. I grew up with it, being I’m second generation American. It’s real good hot with butter. It’s one of those, that you either like it, or you don’t.

I am 65 years old and retired and single and I never know what to fix for meals. So Alicia I am going to have muffin Mondays, taco Tuesdays, waffle Wednesdays, fruit pizza Fridays (as soon as you show me how 😂), and I haven’t figured out Thursday. I’m also going to have seafood Saturdays and Sundae Sundays. Thank you so much for the ideas ❤❤
