I’m glad you took my advice, and others, regarding the eggs though you don’t need to add any ice. The idea is the cold water helps the inner membrane of the egg to detach from the edible part. I love the ginger shots - I prepare it each week and put in a jar (not boiling, just mix lemons and ginger in a blender, with some honey) and I add 2-3 times per day a spoon with warm water. I never had a flu or cold for more than 10 years, and I like to say is because if it :) because I love the flavour.

Best wishes on your job search. Just a suggestion about forgetting the pasta: if you don't want to overcook the vegetables, cook the pasta separately for about seven minutes, then add to the soup for the last two minutes or so.

Hi Lou. I have been away from the internet for over a month. You are the first I looked up. It relaxes me. I also started the ginger shots.. we will see the out come. I am using. (Only once). 1/2 cup ginger, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoons. Turmeric, 1/2 teaspoons honey.. add to taste. Cayenne pepper, sea salt, pre minced ginger. Pinch black pepper. Now I will try yours.
