I do find that the dust mitt works well…dust can be challenging …a follow up with a wet enviro cloth buffed dry with a kitchen towel gets the dust out of all the crevices and leaves behind a nice clean shine. This combo is great on cabinets and furniture and even doors. The paste was the only product that got scuff marks off my wood floor. It’s very effective on my stove glass top and my “non brushed” stainless sink applied with the spiri sponge. Made with marble powder, it is mildly abrasive. But the glass cloth is phenomenal. Once you get all the grime off your windows with the enviro cloth, the dry window cloth buffs to a crystal clean streakless shine on windows and mirrors. I even use these cloths on my cell phone. The science behind these cloths is as follows…. “Norwex has developed a unique technology that combines an antibacterial silver-based agent with our microfiber. The antibacterial agent is actually embedded inside the tiny microfiber. The agent is solely designed to inhibit bacterial odor, mold, and/or mildew growth within the cloth.” It’s advertised to remove 99% of bacteria from the surfaces it’s used on. The caveat is you must care for the cloths in a certain way to prolong their life. A few hints..never wring them, just squeeze the water out…never use fabric softener on them and it’s a good idea to use the Norwex detergent on them. I only wash them with themselves so no lint creating towels etc. yes…they aren’t your $ store cheap cloths…but the financial and health price you pay for frequent cloth replacement and chemical cleaners versus just a good quality cloth and only water is much more. PS no I don’t sell Norwex…I’m just an owner of a hand full of cloths. Cleaning has never been more rewarding because these cloths do the job.

I honestly think the Cleaning Paste is one of their BEST products! Here are some things I have cleaned personally with it. It removes permanent marker off almost all surfaces. It cleans the soles of shoes back to white. It makes old blackened silver look brand new. It removes rust. It gets rid of the nasty build up on your stove burners. Mechanic grease of doors or handles. I LOVE it!! Please try it on some of these things. I was in complete shock with that part of your review. 😳

Thank you for your honest review. I am a Norwex consultant for almost 10 years and appreciate hearing what others have to say. One thing I would add is when using Norwex with water it is safer on certain types of surfaces such as granite and any natural stone. Using a cleaner with vinegar will damage any natural stone surface. So use caution. Thank you.

The amount of vinegar in the HOCL is just to buffer it to correct pH.

I am new to Norwex, and have been told that using anything other than water, including vinegar can damage the silver in the cloths. Is this true?

@@donnavaughn8414 it will not damage the silver. Rather, it can create a barrier between debris and the silver and thus limiting the silver’s ability to inactivate bacteria growth. The silver has to come into direct contact with bacteria to do its job. If the cloth’s tiny pockets designed to capture debris are full of vinegar or other cleaning substances the silver can not do its job. The silver is not damaged, just hindered, until the cloth is washed and completely cleaned of the vinegar or cleaning solution. Water, however, activates the silver’s magic so using water is necessary for the silver to do its job.

The cleaning paste is AMAZING on rust stains from hard water. I tried every commercial cleaner out there for years before finding the cleaning paste and it’s the only cleaner that worked for me.

People really need to have products demonstrated in order to appreciate them! Eg. Cleaning paste is amazing, seems expensive but it lasts approx 4 years (4,800 'cleans'). And if you don't know about activating the dust mit by rubbing it, it doesn't have the electrostatic charge

Great review! Just wanted to say you will love the window cloth even more if you use the enviro cloth first to clean and then polish/dry with the window cloth afterwards. Since you talked about the window cloth first, I wasn't sure if you were using it alone or not. Of course, sometimes you CAN use it alone, like when you just want to rub a smudge off a mirror. But isn't it great that you can do that? Before I found this cloth, if I tried to clean just one spot, it would smear all over and I had to do the whole mirror or window!

Thanks for the review- it was helpful! However, I have the cleaning paste and you must have a really clean house if you havent found much use for the paste! Lmao. I feel like a use mine everyday. Pans with tough burns stains that wont come off, inside the oven and the glass in the oven, sharpie marks on my wood table, tough spots on my floor, all my stainless steel. Since you have it- thought I'd make a few suggestions that I love using the paste on!

Ruth Cattle I’ve had my 1st Envirocloth for 3 years. I also have other cloths, they’re all very durable, don’t abuse them by washing with fillers, bleach or softeners of any kind. Make sure you rinse really well after each use and deeply rinse after particularly dirty jobs. Best to do a 20 min soak in 1/2 tsp Norwex UPP and 4 c hot water, and then a quick rinse and clean soak for about 10 min, the a final run under the faucet then hang to dry to purify the cloth, or you can go right to the use of it again after this clean and a hot water rinse, and then hang to dry after finishing your job. It will purify when dried. They’re the only thing I clean with now.

I am not a consultant but bought these cloths at a Norwex party. Yes, they do what they say they do and all my make up comes off with not scrubbing using the cloth and water. I am now thinking about being a consultant. I've used a lot of their products and have loved them all.

Yes! No taking screens out either. The dust mitt will get filthy, but just wash it after all done. You will be so impressed! I have used all Norwex for 3 years now! No paper towels bought in 3 years. So freeing!!

You can use the dust mitt dry, damp or saturated. Dry for everyday dusting. Spritz with a bit of water to dampen when you're dusting a particularly dusty area, just to be sure it can hold onto all of the dust. Soak the mitt under the faucet and wring it out, then use it to clean your window screens. IT IS AMAZING! No taking the screens down, no hose, no dead grass, no mess!

Norwex Cleaning Paste is amazing I use it on my white shoes, white car has rust spots all over. Doesn’t scratch paint and got the grime of my rims too. If you ever have a camper or RV it gets the grime off and you barely use any of the product. In my shower couldn’t get water spots off the chrome it did and no scratches.❤️❤️❤️

When you use your dust mitt, be sure to rub it against itself or throw it in the dryer - anything to build up the static on it and I think you will be amazed at the difference. Also, for your stove, pair the enviro cloth with the Norwex cleaning paste and you will also be amazed. It can clean the shower doors, etc and they will shine. You can use the enviro cloth, the bathroom mitt ( which I think you will love), or the various scrub products. My neighbor used the cleansing paste with water and the enviro cloth on her headlight covers and they came out looking like new. Don't put the cleaning paste down until you have tried it more. PS: it's great for polishing silver also and, of course, is paired with the enviro cloth.

The cleaning paste and the sirisponge together are amazing! Especially when it comes to glass stove tops. I have a feeling you havnt been shown how to use the cleaning paste properly and if you are interested i can share some ideas with you! the cleaning paste can take off permanent marker off tile and laminate flooring, it can take black scuff marks off floors, cabinets and shoes. It can shine up old dish plates that have knife scratch marks, *AND IF DONE PROPERLY* it can clean stainless steel appliances. the possibilities are endless with cleaning paste!

Not a consultant, but a committed user learning more every day…I felt the same as you about the spirisponge and the cleaning paste. Then I decided to try them together…and wow, what a difference. Cleaned up pots and pans, greasy spots on oven and microwave glass, and excellent when lightly used on faucets, etc. Takes off water spots, soup scum, and scale quickly. Follow up with the window or polishing cloth and it’s amazing in seconds! Also, the spirinet is even more incredible on larger surfaces. Years ago we had painters who left our old, vintage sink in the basement in horrible condition. It was so depressing. I finally got my nerve and energy up and tried my newly introduced Norwex products, doing only 1/2 the sink for comparison. First the Environ cloth, the scrubbing cloth, then the spirisponge without and with the paste. Then the spirinet! Hands down the quickest, easiest was the paste and spirinet. It did in seconds, what took a half an hour to do with the others. Also, you mentioned the mop system. It is an incredible game changer! Keep learning and enjoying the benefits.

Rub the dust mitt together so it gets an electric charge and it will work great for dusting. Get it wet and clean your window screens. Mind-blowing! And try the cleaning paste and the spiri sponge together! it will make your sinks shine! Anything that needs a good scrub. It really is like elbow grease in a jar ;)

Great review! First time seeing your channel. I love your honesty! I also was impressed by the envirocloth and window cloth and I felt the same about that sponge. Have you tried Thieves by Youngliving? I use it along with the norwex clothes and besides smelling amazing it's natural and cleans very well. You have to delute it based on where you are using it. I use it plain as a heavy degreaser and 1 to 100 for kitchen counter tops etc.

You shouldn’t use anything but water with the Norwex cloths. The silver in the cloths has to be wet with water to activate and it has to come into direct contact with the bacteria to kill it. If you have other cleaners in between the bacteria and the silver, then it won’t work. Either use your cleaner with a plain cloth that is not Norwex, or use Norwex with just water.

cleaning paste has a number of different uses....use Pinterest or KZbin and search what you can use cleaning paste for. My son loves it with a small brush to clean his white shoes, marks and scuffs off walls, enviro cloth and cleaning paste will remove grease spots from kitchen cloth chairs...tons of different uses. Temporarily out of stock at Norwex!

Hi! 🙃 I have the total opposite opinion of the cleaning paste. Plus it lasts for years. But it literally makes rust stains disappear with a few swipes of an EnviroCloth with some paste on it. I cleaned my burner cups that had burned on gunk with no scrubber. Just the paste and a damp EnviroCloth cloth. Plus, I was done in under 3 minutes with all four burners! I was amazed! I totally agree with you about the EnviroCloths. They are the bees knees! 🐝 Also, I've never gotten another cloth that had a 2 year warranty like Norwex Microfiber cloths. Thank you so much for your honest feedback! I noticed this video was from 2 years ago so by now I hope you’ve discovered how amazing the Cleaning Paste is with the Spirisponge! LOL! I was actually like you in the beginning. I didn’t love it because I didn’t really know what to clean with it. BUT, once you figure it out, it is simply THE BEST! I have heard of Force of Nature. One of my friends actually did a video comparing it next to Norwex. She cleaned her toilet with both and used the medical grade protein swab. Both came out clean with “green”! However you need to use something to wipe with Force of Nature whereas all you need is the Norwex Enviro Cloth and water. One thing you MUST get yourself is the netted DISH CLOTH! If you’re curious what this thing can do, check out my KZbin channel as well. It is probably one of my favorite items! I have many of course, but this thing will really aid you when cleaning and will keep the microfibers cleaner longer! I use that with diluted Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent in a spray bottle to clean my bathroom now! I only discovered this years later. It’s awesome!! Please try it. UPP Laundry Detergent is my go-to multi-purpose cleaner!!!! Then, I simply use the Enviro Cloth to do the finishing touches! Good luck! Even if you’re not interested in the business, you should really become a consultant if you want to try all of the items in the Norwex Catalog! 😜. I recommend it to all Norwex lovers if they want the most savings!

Yes you can! Just use a detergent free of dyes, fillers, and perfumes. Do not wash with bleach, fabric softeners or other items that are linty. I suggest washing them with your sheets and do not use dryer sheets.

First review I’ve seen where someone uses both force of nature and norwex! I love both. I usually clean my counters and tables and other normal surfaces with the envirocloths (I also have a small collection of e-cloths that do just as well as norwex for a fraction of the Price) For any stinky or gross stuff or gross stuff like raw meat, the toilet, cat litter box and food bowls for the cat and dog. It’s great! I’ve recently started using it as a veggie wash too! I’m so glad I have both. Sorry you didn’t like the norwex cleaning paste. I like it. It doesn’t work miracles like the consultants say but it actually does help clean some dirtier jobs, it’s really good at getting the spots off my glass cooktop. There are still marks on my bathroom door from kids and markers that it helped fade but not get rid of and that was one of the reasons why I got it. Sill I’m finding uses for it. I’ll use it as a small abrasive in the bathtub if it needs something extra. Happy cleaning!

I love the bathroom scrub mitt! It is even large enough that I can put my foot into it to help me scrub (I have problems with my back occasionally making it difficult to bend over) spots that I would have a hard time getting to.

@@audreyshelton5386 The bathroom scrub mitt is one of my favorite things from Norwex. I use it to clean my tub after I shower while I am still in the tub. No chemicals to worry about getting on my feet. The scrubby side takes off all the soap scum and then I just wipe down the entire tub with the soft side. So much easier than trying to bend over the tub to clean with those smelly chemicals that always choke me.

I've never heard of Force of Nature. I'm going to look into it! Have you tried the Norwex Descaler? I don't think I can live without it. My area has really hard water and the descaler just simply wipes it off after, like, a 5 minute wait. It's a dream on soap scum and the annoying deposit that forms on the water line of my toilets, too. It can't be used on stone, though, so I'm wishing I could find something as fabulous that I can use on a marble shower. I wonder if that Force of Nature spray is the same as the descaler.

I love the Descaler. My shower floor was awful. We have really hard water and nothing would get off the soap scum. I saw what descaler did for my daughter’s tub, so I tried it. At first, it didn’t come off right away with my envirocloth, like it did for her tub, so I tried again. I left the descaler on for 10 minutes, then used the Spirisponge on it. It came up like a dream! I was surprised you didn’t like that sponge. I love it! Since I got the soap scum off, I just use the bathroom mitt or the envirocloth once a week and it has stayed clean. No more scrubbing. I wish I’d known about Norwex when I bought my house.

Hi Ruth. I hope you don't mind my answering. Norwex EnviroCloths have a two-year guarantee - so if they somehow fail or fall apart under normal use and care, they will replace them. Most folks that have had them for a while are still going strong with them. They do seem to last far longer than that two-year guarantee. When they finally wear out (whenever that might be!), Norwex will take them back and recycle them, so they are not going into a landfill. Any consultant you buy from will be able to return them for you. As far as getting damaged, they are incredibly durable and scrub all manner of surfaces. They could become less useable, however, if not properly cared for and cleaned. If you buy one, they should come with proper cleaning instructions. The biggest thing is to NOT use laundry detergents with fillers. You want filler-free (think "free and clear" kinds) detergents. Also, no bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets. Those all contains chemicals that will "clog up" the microfibers so that they don't work properly. Before you completely dismiss the paste, look up videos on how to use it. It really is amazing all the things it can clean - if you know how to use it! I ended up loving the products so well, I became a consultant, mostly for my own discounts and for friends and family to have a resource, but I love being able to share the benefits with anyone who is interested. I love getting away from the harmful chemicals I used to use to clean my house! Hope this helped answer your questions!

Yes I do! You can use either to clean sinks. You can use force of nature without Norwex though. When I clean my tub I use force of nature and a regular cheap sponge. I use my norwex cloths to clean my sinks, counters, and mirrors.

I’m sure she just didn’t know how to do it I’m selling it now not because of the money but because I believe in it soooooo much.
