Great Review! I used Norwex products for a little over a year to form my honest opinion of them and I have to agree with you on the body cloth. They have other beauty related products I love as well. I personally like the body mitt for shaving more than the cloth. After using these products for over a year I then decided to become a consultant for my own personal use. I owned a cleaning business for years and was very familiar with the amount of time it takes to clean and with the many chemicals i was using. I have switched strictly to Norwex cleaning cloths and can't even begin to tell you how much it's changed my life. From health benefits, kids helping clean, to the amount of time i save and the extra time i have to spend with my family. Thank you for the review !! I always enjoy your honest opinion in all products that you review.

Disclaimer: I AM a Norwex consultant. Thanks for the awesome review of the body cloth! But girl, you should try the Hair Turban instead of the kitchen towel for your hair! You can wrap your hair in it and button the back so it stays on way better than a towel and it takes out just the right amount of moisture so it doesn't dry your hair TOO much and you don't get frizz :-)

Shannon, I am new to norwex and IN LOVE with all the products. I do, however, have a question for you as a consultant -- I use about a pea size amount of body wash on the body cloth (because I love the smell of the wash) -- will it hurt the cloth?

Been using microfiber for years and cannot see how this cloth is different at all. Was gifted some. I'll try them, but I see no one claiming that it's any different that normally available microfiber cloths. It is far more expensive.

Great review! I love to see all the different ways you use the Norwex Body Cloth. My family has sensitive skin and when I found out we could use just the Body Cloth with water, I was sold! We have been body soap free for 6 years (and I promise we don't smell weird). It is actually the reason I signed up as a Norwex Consultant, so I could get my Body Pack at a discount.

Yep, hair wrap removes 70-75% of water from hair so less heated drying and dries faster. Better for hair. Also has BacLock, a micronized silver which self purifies the wrap as it dries. I wash mine once a month cuz I feel I should. It doesn’t smell at all. My regular towel does after a week. Game changer for me!

I aim for once a week, but I'll be honest & say I wash mine around every 2 weeks. Just rinse it well after you use it, then hang to dry. It kills the bacteria itself.

What’s the difference between these microfiber cloths and the others we buy from all stores?

The other microfiber you buy is 1/6 of a human hair in thickness. Norwex’s is 1/200 of a human hair. Much finer so picks up much more debris. Thicker cloths that last much longer. Norwex also has BacLock, a micronized silver which self purifies the cloth as it dries. That means less smelly cloths and less washing. Hope this helps!

Weird thing. I would love to know how you wash/take care of your Norwex towels. I use them but haven't for a little while because I am scared to wash them because I hear it can fill with gross things!?!

i haven't had an issue with washing mine, but i just make sure to wash them with detergent that doesn't have fragrance or dyes, and no dryer sheets. it also helps if you wash them all together if you have lots of cloths, but i only have a few, so i just put them in with my other towels and so far i haven't had any issues with them collecting gross things, besides maybe the stray hair knot here or there.

I would encourage you to wash your Norwex with something that doesn't give off lint (Towels are SUPER linty!) because the lint will bind up the tiny fibres, preventing them from getting into those microscopic places or leaving lint on your windows, etc. Instead, I would recommend tossing them in with your bedsheets or athletic gear. :)

without soap. no need for soap with these cloths.

It is usually advised to use without soap, because the soap can clog the microfibers and microsilver. My family has been body soap free for 6 years, because we just use the Body Cloths. They are great for sensitive skin.

@@AshaGlenn You have to use a detergent that does not contain fillers. Norwex does have one, but there are others such as Nellie's All Natural Laundry soda. As long as it doesn't contain fillers it is ok to use on microfiber.
