Jimin and SHINEE's Taemin are good friends. SHINEE's Minho actually nicknamed Jimin and Taemin as 2MIN. 😂 They even danced together. You can find a video of theirs somewhere. Lol. Also, Taehyung (V) and SHINEE's Minho acted together in a K-Drama (Hwarang) and are also good friends. Both groups are special in their own way. Personally, BTS just touched my "soul" more than any other groups I've listened to. And btw, your mom rocks! I hope my kids think I'm as cool as her! 💜💜💜

You should let your Mom watch Fake love, DNA, DANGER and No more dream (MV or dance practice) so she can also see the depts of BTS's dance choreos and how complex it can get. :) Both Shinee and BTS do have sick choreos . Shinee's "LUCIFER" got me so hyped back then that I even ended up memorizing the whole Dance routine for it. Your mom is so awesome! I LOVE Rain. DQ, you know Rain is the reason why Jimin wanted to become a singer? Honestly, I don't have opinions about most Kpop groups. I only know Shinee for sad reasons, and I have no beef with the majority of groups or their fans. I personally like BigBang and GDragon, myself -- but I only learned about them AFTER BTS. BTS was my K-music gateway drug. LOL Yo, when I showed my mom IDOL, I was all, "That's my bias! That's my bias!" when Jimin was on and she just gave me a look. You're mom went SUGA right off! I think it is difficult to compare equally SHINee and BTS music style. SHINee's base is kontemporer R&B while BTS is hiphop. Even both the grup doing a lot of fusion genres, but since the base is different, it is lil hard.

If you want see BTS's hard-hitting dancing, I'd suggest watching the dance practice for Boy In Luv or Danger. Those are by far my two favorite BTS choreographies. All of their dance practice videos are great, but if you want hard-hitting choreo, definitely check out those two songs!
