This recipe comes from my mom. She used to pack this for travel, school lunches, festive food with puri and aam raas, sometimes along with dosa/chapati/roti and sometimes in a sandwich. If you have boiled potatoes , It takes less than 10 minutes to make this recipe.
Ingredients :
4-5 Boiled Potatoes , diced
1 big red onion, diced
4-5 cloves of garlic, sliced
4 green chillies
Curry leaves
Coriander/Cilantro for garnish
Spices:
3/4 spoon turmeric
Pinch of asafoetida
1 spoon cumin/jeera
Salt and pepper
