When Mrs Tam had decided to leave her place up at the Top Farm, with Mr Manh and his Family ( because she was angry after having a disagreement with Grandfather), she spent a night sleeping rough at the Market. Nhu's House had recently been finished at that stage. Nhu found Mrs Tam sitting down at the Market and when Mrs Tam said she did not want to continue living at Tuan's Farm with Mr Manh and Grandfather, Nhu invited her to live with her, because Nhu did not like being all alone. Sone time later, Mrs Tam and Nhu were discussing things, Nhu told her about losing her Patents early and not remembering her Mother's Love, and Huyen had raised her younger Sister Nhu on her own. THEN Mrs Tam shared about losing her 3 year old daughter, many years ago after a Storm brought Floodwaters. She never had found her Daughter afterwards. Also her Son lives with his Wife in Japan, and at fiest he would write to her frequently but in the last years he has not written to her, and then her House this year was completely washed away in Floods, so even her Address is no longer applicable. (Tuan found her begging in the Street at the Market, because she had become homeless and her Business also went Bankrupt). So she couldn't contact her Son any more in Japan and he was not responding to her, and she never knew what became of her Daughter, whether she survived or not. ( It tirns out someone had picked her up after the Flood and adopted her, they recently found each other, due to distinctive Birthmarks etc, and being originally found in a particular location and the right age and descriprion). Anyway, Mrs Tam and Nhu, both being alone, (as Huyen was living and Working far away in Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City 6 plus hours away by Bus, for a Company) , decided to mutually adopt each other as Mother and Daughter!😊
