I owned one back in the day. I was never impressed with it. Traded it in for a 5liter mustang and it was no turning back.

Pavlo95 10 years ago that would be true third generation Camaros are skyrocketing in price because they hit the 25-year mark a decent condition real IROC is like 8 thousand bucks these days, although this car seems to be an RS or a Z28 with an IROC badge on it

popwarhomie you don't understand how amazing these Camaro's are.

70 Camaro RS/Z28 I like these Camaros, really I do, but they were one of the worst gens ever. the EFI 5.7, which was the best engine option at the time, only made 225 hp at the crank, and the transmissions we're slush boxes. Like I said, I do like these, I even looked at one for my first car, but they weren't that good, and they didn't age well either.
@kgj71027 жыл бұрын
Axbane Stag that was the 70's bro.You know they wanted to get rid of all the power.Look what happened to the Cadillac 500 ci.The horsepower decreased every year
@blkspec99737 жыл бұрын
Kenneth Jackson yeah I know. Smog and emissions bro, it was bullshit. I understand that the IROC was good for it's time, but the guy above me is talking about how amazing these Camaros still are, when they really aren't. That's what I was trying to point out, I wasn't trying to say that they are or were bad cars. Like I said in my earlier post, I almost got one as a first car because I like the way they look. And even though the 5 liter was shit, it sounded pretty good :)

IROC Zs were stolen in large numbers for two decades. My brother's was taken in May 2000. It ended up in Bell, California, where there was actually a note on the wall at the police department explaining how to retrieve your stolen vehicle! Thieves stole the IROC wheels (of course) but left hundreds of dollars of parts in the trunk storage area.

@arturos.l.22483 жыл бұрын
That’s why I’ll steal my own car back if someone steals it. The government can suck my DlCK FOR all I care. $1500 fine and a salvage title is a robbery in itself.

I had a blk/blk Iroc 350, bought new that I had for six months that was stolen at a bowling alley that I was playing at. Use the insurance money to buy a 1987 Buick Grand National that I own to this very day, 31,000 miles original classic! But I still miss Iroc!

I think the worst thing about a stolen vehicle is that when you get it back it just isn't the same... Somehow it feels tainted, spoiled - like, how could you let this happen to you?
@edbuckley16703 жыл бұрын
I feel the same about my unfaithful girlfriend
