Hm, she may look kinda squalid. But she doesn't look a truly evil person - she might have suffered from poverty (not always a choice, especially not in capitalistic societies) and drugs (definitely a choice in most cases), but could have been indoctrinated by someone else whispering in her mind (case of deception and manipulation). Would be really interesting to know, who has planted the seeds of hate against Muslims in her, because these cowards often get away without getting any kind of punishment and hoping that other people will fight their battles. Similar things seem to be going on here in Germany, and I think it might have to do with some anonymous internet content spreading in the minds of people who easily fall for this stuff, especially when greed/capitalism causes poverty and existential crises in addition to that. Nevertheless, she should also get a proper punishment - for example by working for a social purpose and working for a Muslim community for at least one day. But without stopping greed and shaping a just society, a problem like this probably won't vanish by itself.
