Sir.....in question 2 why you have taken the moment of force Fy about point B in anticlockwise direction...? Won't the shortest moment be in clockwise direction..... Please let me know as soon as possible...

It is an anticlockwise moment about point B. See the wall clock in your house. If we draw an arrow in downward direction on the left side of the center of wall clock then it reflects which direction?? It reflects anticlockwise direction. I hope it is clear to you now.

Dear, it is just an assumption. You have the choice. Either you can take clockwise positive and anticlockwise negative or vice versa.
