Kind of confused on why you do Fb*4. Doesn’t the sum of the moments from Fb equal the sum of the moments from Fa? Wouldn’t writing Fb*4 make the moments in Fb four times greater than that of Fa?

because it's 4m away from A. When we say "Taking moments about A" we mean "measuring distances* from A" *perpendicular distances. Does that make sense?
