These types of videos are THE most helpful!! I would absolutely love a series of meal prep videos like this... So nice to have the whole week planned out. Personally I think the hardest part of meal prep is actually the meal PLANNING!

Yes, Nicole roasted radishes are so good. You must try them. I was pleasantly surprised, roasting takes the bitter taste out but they are tasty.

Omg yes we made roasted radishes with roasted potatoes this week and they were so good! I harvested our first crop of radishes this week and we probably have like 75-100 radishes so we are getting creative!

I love roasted radishes! They got me to start eating them raw too. Just toss with oil (olive or avocado), salt, pepper and lemon juice. They almost taste like small red potatoes. 😋

I have a suggestion and you should really try it! Hard boiled eggs with mustard! I know it sounds wierd but I have been eating themm like this since i was a kid so if you see this please try the combo! You won't regret it. Also I can't belive how fast Sage is growing!😍❤

I always find meal prepping seems like a great idea, but then when I try to put it into practice I get really turned off at the idea of eating cooked proteins or veggies like 2 days after cooking it. I would be interested in seeing some prep videos where you pre-cut/marinate food but not cook it until the day you plan to eat it. I find there's a big difference for me personally when food is cooked and eaten same day vs days later
