Greasing the milk pan with ghee will affect the taste of milk and later tea. Just wetting the pan with water or just putting 2-3 spoons of water at the bottom will prevent milk from sticking. Water will evaporate when milk boils without affecting the taste.

Boiling milk without sticking tip: Add hot water to the pot and then add cold milk. This will help not sticking to the pot making washing the utensil very easy. Love your tips and tricks. You give a ton of information in your videos and not save them for another video. love that.
