I have a 29 year old daughter who has 2 boys under 2. She lives 5 hours away from me, but she contacts me on a weekly basis. I am grateful for that. She also teaches full time as a first grade teacher to 22 kids. Please pray for her.She is married and has been since 2020.

This podcast brought all the feels!! Definitely made me miss my beautiful daughter who lives 4,473 miles away from me in Alaska, but reminded me to be so grateful for the close relationship we share. I’m so thankful for technology that allows us to stay connected. I praise God daily for blessing my life with the miracle gift of my Brittany Nicole. I have loved watching your relationship with Kelsey through the years, and enjoyed so much getting a glimpse into Candace and Natasha’s. Looking so forward to watching Someone Like You with you next week ❤️!!

Raising families in that way, prioritizing marriage is amazing but it's a ton of work! Many people, families are not willing to do to put forth that effort and to go against the flow. Even in churches they encourage separateness which is very divisive! But for those who are willing it is worth it, as it does produce vastly different results. Going with God is worth it! 💗 Thank you for doing this interview!

This was a wonderful podcast. I am blessed to have an amazing mom and also a beautiful daughter and a wonderful son!! It was so neat to have Candace and Natasha in this episode. I grew up and so did my daughter watching full House and Candace was always my daughter's favorite character. God bless you all.

My parents are gone now but if I were told I was adopted, I would say ‘that explains everything’. I’m not saying that lightly! My mother and I had nothing in common except how we looked. There was no table talk. I don’t remember a time where she encouraged me or said she was proud of me until I was raising my sons. I still struggle with things she called me, the look she gave me that scared me, and the physical pain she gave me. It wasn’t until I left home , got married and moved away, that she became a Christian. My dad was never part of the disciple except for 1 time when I was 15. Even though he was home every night and we would go camping every weekend , he was not present as a father. I recently realized this. It was a hard truth because I always idolized him. I have been a Christian for 50 years but I have just recently begun a deep dive into my hurts, habits and hangups. I love the podcasts that you and Candace make and I get the encouragement and joy of the Lord because of you!!! Thank you!
