Its 30kph (18.75mph) near the school, 50 (31) in town, 70 (43) outside town and 90 (56) after the bridge towards the drug place. You can get 10 from the store for $20 each but need to carry them, costs $30ea x 10, $27.50ea x 20, $26.66ea x 30 or $25ea x 40. Gravel and soil are now different surfaces so getting the roads upgraded is worth it for the truck with the large tank, also the off road tiers work. The championship is 3 events and you can change the car spec for each race. Just use 4-6 planters on the hard floor near the stairs and then use 2 small buckets to just top up the fert.

Great synopsis above. Just to add, if you use every square inch of space, you can fit 44 Planters in a row. So I guess you'll have 43, I made that SAME mistake, but my OCD made me spend a good hour fixing it LOL. My bunker is full up, but if I wasn't, WOW those bulk Planter purchases would be the way to go! I spent so many hours shuttling plantes in the truck......
