Fr. Andy, thank you so much for giving us a clear message of today’s gospel, over the poor widow with her 2 coins contribution and the holy words of Jesus that deeply touched our hearts. When Jesus speaks, we’re lifted up and very much consoled, especially to those who have less or have nothing at all. Yes, leaning completely to Jesus is so rewarding, for He knows our poverty and our need of Him. He is our God, Savior, Teacher and best Friend. St. Catherine of Alexandria, the Saint we honor today, is an inspiration for us all. We can imitate her virtues and humbly ask to intercede for us in our helplessness.

May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.🛐❤🕊🕊😇 Eternal Father, I offer You the most Precious Blood of Your Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen. May the Prince of Angels St Michael, guide all souls to heaven.😇 For the salvation of the holy souls in purgatory especially those in the most need of mercy O Blood and Water which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us I trust in You🙏🏻 Eternal Father, You see how terribly the souls in Purgatory suffer from their longing for You and from their intense sorrow for their sins. My heart already longs for you, oh God. In Your Mercy I ask You to let me relieve them and transfer to my heart their longing for You and their sorrow for sins. Let my heart burn with longing for You my God. Please grant me a deep and perfect contrition for my sins for the conversion of all those who do not trust in You and for all poor sinners Amen Eternal Father let them enter through the door of Your Mercy and forgive them for they knew not what they were doing through Jesus Christ our Lord Amen Those suffering in purgatory are like beggars waiting for someone to give them alms Sometimes they have to wait for ages if it were not for the prayers said for them by the church some wait in vain. Every Holy Mass, thought, prayer, abnegation or sacrifice made in their name has a huge importance for the souls in purgatory. Prayer is as essential to the penitent soul as is the food for the body. 🙏🙏🙏
