Most EV all look similar. They are dictated by the wind. Wind resistance dictates the range and battery size. EV carries the battery full time. Less battery weight means more distance. Less wind resistance means less battery to cover the same distance. It's all about wind efficiency for EV. Mona has the lowest wind resistance coefficient of .194.

repackaged P5 with slightly optimized silhouette, huh? My worry Xpeng design has no flavor or DNA for the lineups. X9 has a different design cue, G9 has a different design cue, G5 is different, P7 is also different, P5 another different one, and now we've got the MONA lineup which is also completely different - explainably so, but will it remain consistent within the MONA lineup, we hope it does. NIO, Li, or other Geely, SAIC et al cooperations all maintain design consistency to communicate, simplify branding, and create customer affinity. Similar to well established brands too: VW, BMW, Merc, Peugeot, Mini, RR etc. Priming a brand design consistently helps to optimize market operations and lean on cross fertilization of successes. E.g. Success of Tesla M3 elevated more wins with MY with all the S3XY family boasting a design family that easily makes it catchy to identify a Tesla, car without looking at the logo. Maybe spewing different designs with little or no lineage is a good a good thing, but is it? Great design leans on threads of familiarity and avoids contests within the brand. It drives brand affinity and stickiness and helps deliver and designate uniqueness. Your approach, Xpeng is different, and nothing wrong with that, but could this also be affecting customer affinity? I don't know, just bouncing off ideas and thoughts. Good luck to MONA series though. As an investor, rooting for you.
