It's an extremely tight window depending on the character, besides I'd need to see you do it to know if you're inputting it right or not, but you need to buffer FH + DIal Up after you land with the SH Uair, and then Jump + Uair as smash art gets selected

I landed a kill confirm on a CPU in training mode. If you want to know the exact inputs it's : 1) buffered SH Fair in speed 2) buffered FH + Dial with left stick up 3) release the dial + DJ Uair

It's only 100% true combo at a very specific set of percentages. But don't forget although the combo counter doesn't say it's true, if you're one or two frames off it can still be true because frame 1 option in the air are very rare.
