Monarch Butterfly Eclose ~ Emerging from Chrysalis

Watch as one of our monarch butterflies joins the world after spending 2 weeks in chrysalis. I stopped filming before his wings were completely straight a dry. Metamorphosis is now complete! I say "our" butterfly because we help raise and release them! Last year, we released over 160 beautiful, healthy butterflies.

Do we need to feed the newly emerged butterflies before we release them? I'm concerned because it's at the end of September right now, and I'm worried about cooler temperatures and wind. Thank you in advance.
