Monarch Caterpillar Pupating ~ forming a chysalis

Watch along as one of our monarch caterpillars sheds its skin for the final time, and becomes a chrysalis! Wait for it... The crazy wiggles start just after 1:00. I missed the very beginning, where the skin first rips open starting it's head. I have time lapse of the entire process - from "J" to chrysalis that I will post soon. No, this is just silk.

no bro that would kill them they hang upside down and spread white web | silk people call it but i like to call it web and they stick on it very well and in about 24 hours it will start to pupate.
