However, some of them such as scaly-foot snails, which should be one of the most famous animals that use metal, can utilise iron for their body parts. Also, some small animals (e.g. ants)’ piercing and slashing body parts are infused with metals such as zinc and manganese, making the parts tough and durable. Of course, they utilise metal just as their body parts, as we humans have iron in our blood, which might be different from what you meant.
