Great video. Is there any way to create a form and use it as a template? It would be so cool if I didn't have to type in the same information, when I only want to change the title of the form.

Hi Nick... I have created several tickets forms, however, I was wondering if there is a way, once the ticket is close by the board managers, to send a last question to the requester, in order to rate the service,.... I have done it, however, the anwaer appears as a new item in the board, not in the currently closed.

Hi Samatha, in this instance you would need to add more columns to the board and then add these columns to the form. I hope this helps!

WorkForms needs a big update, there's so many functionalities missing... I was trying to transition my google forms to Monday forms to automatize them but it's impossible, there's no sections, there's no titles/descriptions if I want to add more, there's no changing font size or style individually, etc.
