Thank you for this. I learned the hard way in medical school that if you neglect the inner child, the inner parent suffers also. I have since made the inner child a priority, and as I have become more present with my true self, my silly side soars in the best way and I experience more pure joy.

Thank you Gaia 💚 I found myself in tears towards the end of this beautiful Monday mantra. As you spoke about going back to our childhood… I remember the feeling of just not being enough! I have worked so hard for many years healing this for myself and letting go of the hurt I have felt towards my mother in particular. I was a twin, however she was still born and brought forward our early birth. It was always told to me that I got all the food and she got none that’s why she died 😢😢😢 It only dawned on me not to long ago no wonder I had food issues growing up and never feeling good enough 😮 Along my spiritual journey I’ve heard that possibility we chose this for ourselves in spirit before birth and she is with me! It isn’t my fault! I’ve missed her my whole life 💚 As a mother of the most beautiful children; a son and daughter I show them so much love and gratitude that they chose me as their mother. This year is my year to celebrate me and live my life free from limitations. To believe in my dreams and do it from my heart, authentically with love 💕 I am so grateful to be here in this space with you Gaia 💜

Kia ora Gaia. I'm glad you're getting time with your whanau (family) right now in KL. Awesome times ahead!!! Chinese new year brings amazing abundance. None the less, there seems to be a theme coming through in the last few weeks of people pushing you to help them - almost out of desperation. Sending love and feelings of safety to those in that space. But especially sending love to you and Kiran for your work. I enjoy the meditations on the app and also the weekly mantra. Hi I definitely need this my son has asked me to do different activities with him that are playful and i don’t do it as often as i should. My friend had a bday get together at the bouncy castle park and i took my son and a friend and i should have joined in i know i would have had fun. i remember i used to laugh so mulch and be silly and ive lost that along the way. however my oldest son always knows how to make me laugh .. our dry sense of humour … thank you again .. listening to this on my sunday night here in bermuda while i workout at the gym and will listen again tomorrow morning ❤🎉

Funny story - I joined in on my daughter's school trip at a bouncy trampoline type place (Ninja Valley) and though it was fun... I was reminded me that this beautiful body had housed and birthed her and her twin sisters (now 3) and I'm a little older now than the kid who used to do flips and stuff. Lol! I definately had to give myself grace and love for doing it, being silly, not caring about who saw me laughing and smiling with my inner child BUT also enjoying my quiet down time that night away from peopling. Self care comes in all forms, I guess. Sending love.xx
