Which template is this running in Sales CRM, in the demo it says *elevate-CRM, but this is not available when I look for it in the template center. The general sales crm template available doesn't have this many automations running. Look at the leads board, on automate it has 14 running. Why is monday crm showing a demo that is not possible?

MONDAY can be good until you need support, is impossible to reach a person and they just re direct you to pre set up answers, ... Chat with an agent, set up at least 30 minutes to get connected

If you go to "help" and then chat, the ai bot will answer your questions and then eventually give you a rep to talk with. The reps are usually super quick once it transfers you to one

There are some features which I don’t seem to have access to yet: Mainly the form opening when trying to add an item. I believe this is not configureable yet. Also in the video you are mass E-Mailing Opportunities directly from the opportunities board. In the current version this is not possible as only Boards with an E-Mail column can be selected for Mass E-Emailing.

I agree with you about "adding an item" does not provide a "pop-up" window. I see her's says "Beta". You would think she would point that out.

I did not see anything that allows an incoming call or an incoming emaili to be saved direct to Monday without manually typing them or an automatic saving of ALL emails!
