Excellent podcast and your guest was excellent and spoke volumes. Great to hear from Jamie and her sharing her work abuse experience with all of it. I am sorry you had to endure that behavior at any price. It did help you inspire to write a book and tell your story. I sure it will help others

There’s most likely too little time left, but it would behoove the pro-capitalists to fix this American form of laissez-faire capitalism in support of the obvious power that comes from diversity. The workforce would flock to just such an organisation and there could be a legacy develop that would actually reflect the culture on which it is built. Winners all, at the point, not just the few. Capitalism as it’s practiced in American culture today is unsustainable.

It's not capitalism. It's socialism.
