I don't know exactly what it was but I have never been as enthralled by a fishing video as I have this one. I don't know if it was the music, the raw emotion of the intro or that first fish on day two but dude I caught myself holding my breathe and literally sitting on the edge of my seat all the way to the end. If I can make just one video in my career that touches this sort of emersion I will count it a success. Thank you Mr. Latimer for being an inspiration to so many in so many ways. Keep doing what you do and God bless you!

Hi Brian, I'm just a nobody but I remember back in the day when I was having "Hook-Up" issues it came down to a series of concerns. 1. Rod tip too soft 2. Specific Mechanics - What I mean is sometimes fish in certain conditions hit baits a certain way and sometimes adjusting the rod angle helps 3. The Hook Sharpness - Some hooks are amazing for about 5 fish and then get dull. They're still good hooks but they need more love. 4. Cadence - (Too fast or Too Slow Hook Sets) - Sometimes waiting until they turn their head (sensing if you can't see them) can make all the difference. You're 10 times the Bass Man I ever was but maybe some of these suggestions will help. You're suggestions sure have helped me , Fo Sho!

Sounds dumb but when you missed those fish on the spinnerbait. Follow up with a swimjig or a Swimbait. Sometimes I feel they are T boning the bait and also look at Scott’s video it happened to him at pickwick and dudes came behind with swimjigs and caught em

How long after that boat idled under the bridge did you hook that big one? I swear there is something to the hypothesis that some boat traffic stirring up the water can turn the fish on. I was on an offshore spot on Chickamagua where we caught our whole bag one time... The bite would die until some big cruiser would run right next to it... then we would catch one or two.
