I feel like Lamptey is one of those players who suffers in FM for being quick because the way the attribute weightings are so heavily skewed towards physical attributes like pace and acceleration it means that without having a really high current ability his technical attributes are basically always going to suffer as a result.

I could be wrong but i thought Money ball is using sabermetrics in baseball or mertics in football. Eg: if you know you cross in a certain area , you find a striker who has high % of being in that area .. in using stats this way u find lower league players cheap, brentford did this witb Watkins brought 100k sold 10m now rated 65m for example .

They were lucky to get big profit from it. Moneyball is when you buy cheap, good players from unusuall places. Example of Moneyball in Prem is Brentford with lots of scandinavian players
