FD ka intrest joint account holder mese 1st account holder ka death hone ke baad kisme calculate gina jayega..kya 1st holder jiska death hua uska return bhar sakte he...agar TDS 1st holder ka kata he to return kese le ...aaur FD renewal time intimate kare death certificate dege to koi problem nahi na ke koi bhul kar rahe he jiska javab chahiye

Mera question yeh hain ki after death koi time limit bhi hoti hai kya paisa nikalne ki kisi family member ko..agar woh 20 saal bad nikale marne ke bad to paisa ka kya honga?

is legal heir certificate is enough to claim saving account money , FD and locker? all bank ask for succession certificate which causes not only delay in the process also it is required to deposit a fee of 3% of total claim amount or value of claim. please through some light on this

Sir/mam namaste,agar SBI SB A/c me 3 joint holders hai,primary Holder ki death ho jati hai to 2nd & 3rd holder ka kya role hoga,2nd primary ho jata hai yA dono ko equal amount milega y a/c chalu rahega ki band ho jayega,Joint Holder bhi Trustee hota hai,agar Nominee/Joint Holder Immediate family Member hai to bhi vo trustee rahenge,kya 2 nominee ho sakte hai kya, pls clear the doubts 🙏🙏

Very confusing.This system gives ample opportunity for corruption and frauds. It should be a clear process so that the money saver or their family members should not go through a tiring time wasting process when they actual need money.
