It is actually somewhere about 800-835 sqft cramped 3 BHK. 1400 is the super built up area, the owner fooled her and she believed it to be true. The interior design of the place sucks, so does the placement of the bar, the statue and everything else in her "vastu compliant" home.

Its terrible how these armchair know-it-alls think it is cool to mock this woman based on one video. Nowhere in the video is she being rude to anyone. She's simply showcasing her house and lifestyle as thats the theme of the show. This is not some celebrity home tour program that you'll see fancy interiors. Besides she's a tenant and most landlords dont allow drastic changes in a new house just for the sake of aesthetics.

Let me be honest...Vishal himself should be staying a 1-2bhk at some suburbs and live on a salary not more then 2-3 lacs a month ...But he behaves as he has 50 cr rs flat in Malabhar hils & earns in crores....as a host he doesnt seem kind towards people staying in outskirts....Comment section too is full of fattichar people mocking tht girl who is skilled & has a job and makes her own money

You can hardly find a worse car to be chauffeured around in than the old X1. Terrible ride, terrible space. The only thing it was good for was that it was fun to drive. So your chauffer is the only guy having fun in your car! The things people do just to have a "status symbol" ! And BTW an HR registered X1 is hardly expensive - worth 5-6L at best.

This location/Panvel will never become upscale like Mumbai or even Vashi/Nerul .. It has a village/gaon vibe which hasn't changed in 30/40 years (since Navi Mumbai started developing) somewhat like Bhiwandi, Dombivli, Ambernath etc... which even though so close to Thane still have village feel after decades.

For Panvel currently, It's all investment property which most of the parents have purchased like how they did in Powai 20 years ago. So right now, theres's barely any lifestyle upgrade she's talking about. Her clients are in South Mumbai and Powai. So she'll have to travel. Besides this high horse attitude is kind of off-putting.
