Most of the techies are staying in 3-4 places because the major IT parks are nearby like Indiranagar, Whitefield etc. If you are going to show tenant from Malleswaram, Jayanagar or central part of Bangalore like Majestic area or Shivajinagar then it will be fun.

For those who're not familiar with Bangalore, most things said here are incorrect, I don't blame him because he is new here, but his facts aren't THE facts. 1) Shanthala Nagar is the Bandra of Bangalore, with highest rates of upwards of Rs.45,000 - Rs.50,000 per sq.ft. Vittal Mallya Road within it has a proper New York vibe. Lavelle Road also within it has a proper Bandra vibe with old Parsi settlements and large bungalows rubbing shoulders with breweries and coffee houses. 2) As a residential area Koramangala is unbeatable, it is 5 times the size of Indiranagar, is the richest area in all of India with 16 networth Billionaires calling it home. 3) Indiranagar is the exemplification of the saying "all that shines isnt gold", it is a small suburb with plenty of shanties and slums, by no means posh. 4) Traffic is a problem largely caused by errant Uber Ola drivers, food delivery guys, autorickshaws and bikes. 5) Bang for buck wise, Bangalore is the top city in India, no other metro comes close. I'm not of Karnataka, I'm a Tamilian born in Bangalore so I have no undue favoritism towards the city, but it is the most liveable city in India, all problems aside. Personally I'll be moving to Coimbatore soon to a much better farmhouse lifestyle.

Real estate starts going up then faces a consolidation range which Mumbai was at for sometime, now it has again gone up considerably post covid and will further increase drastically as the projects get completed on the western side along with metro. Same will happen in Bengaluru, prices will go up then consolidate and increase 10-20% a year. When the price is high, its like a blue-chip investment which goes up steadily over time and not just keep doubling, doubling and tripling of prices is happening more in t2-t3 cities than metropolitans now.

This house is simply not worth the rent, gullible techies being taken for a ride by owners, these inexperienced engineers dont even know to value money , beleive they didnt search properly else wud have surely gotten much better place than this..

Man.. this guys was showing off so much. You need to be humble. IIT/Google is not everything in this world.

This is so disheartening, minting money yet not being able to get descent place to live. Assume you have to buy or rent out completely on your own.

People like this spoil and damage the rental market as bachelors and then cry when they get a family in future. 75k for 3 bhk independent house is absurd. Plus there is nothing special about this property.
