Mam read all old chandamama kannada editions and in return she had generous enough to donate Rs.14 lakh worth subscription for school children. I never see such humble person in my life. @@fincyphilip I am not talking about your female employment data. I'm talking about the nurturing of children. People send their children to day-care and hostel due to time issue. The amount of children that go the wrong path in hostel is super high. So, Can the Child's life be compared to some money earned? Mother and Father are needed to teach their children the basic principles and be able to connect with them better. There are many instances where the maid know about the child better than the Mother. It's because the mother has no time for the child. Yes, They hired a maid to take care of her but the child will be de-attached from the mom and dad. I'm not against working women. I'm against the negligence that the children bear due to time constraint of their parents. These children grow many insecurities and later on abandon the parents in old age homes as they didn't receive their attention, time & care. Many children are fed from outdoors with those unhealthy foods and grow to be obese, never knowing the taste of a well-made food from mom. [ There can be some loopholes like part-time job and online jobs done from home. Being a Mother is a full time job especially in the child's young stage.] (My comment doesn't apply to non-child family but you did reply to it thus, I'm assuming there is a child too.)
