The economy is now like a terminally ill cancer patient. All the warning symptoms that occurred and persisted for the last several years were dismissed and ignored. Now the disease has spread everywhere and there will be no sector that remains unaffected. The only question is will even the death be recorded or will it be passed off as a rebirth in another realm ?

The title of the video is perfectly relatable. I was predicting this since 2014 when tax rates were stalled for the first time in Indian tax history. It became worse with introduction of new tax regime. This new regime basically discouraged insurance, investment and buying homes basically affecting these industries..

Factual economic analysis of Indias...falling growth since 2014.Very few in India elaborate the falling demand, and hence low corporate investment due to tax terrorism as a cause of growth deceleration. Inflation is sky rocketing , unemployment is high and the middle class are squeezed by extremely steep indirect taxes. The future looks bleak...and folks do not expect anything from this Budget....too. Thanks SIr...for a very clear and factual Report card of the Indian economy..between 2014 to 2024.

In india no one policy will have some magical effect, its all about cumulative effect. However, the real problem is the bureaucratic hurdles and real process reform. Need massive reform in the functioning of the government institutions, which is the biggest challenge.

@spg6651 thats what, the system will not allow those reform because it will break the status quo, also our population votes for doles, its a vicious cycle. Our country is not meritocratic, its simply a socialist hell hole. As long as it remains socialists, our real economic progress will be slow and inefficient.

@ We need TRUMP type of CMs who can legally pass executive orders , just like how TRUMP did -- The power of CM as enshrined in constitution is immense -- No CM is using it for positive purpose -- CMs used that power to favour their individual corruption .. For example , The Ubran development lay out denontofication can be done only by CM - that is done by all most all CM to favour their family -- We are in the hands of bad people

@coconutpunch123 they did well only after 1991, and that is because they industrialised and they are coastal state with ports, all state with ports developed- Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, even odissa is picking up now. Only land locked states like UP, Bihar, MP struggled, excpet bihar other states are picking up as well. Only exception is WB, it destroyed its industrial base, devolved into an agricultural state just like Punjab and have become irrelavant states.

Yet the inequality is worse than the period of British Raj..just because you introduced a bunch of so called welfare schemes...that doesn't make you left 😂..and that doesn't automatically translate to poverty eradication..everyone except the top 10 percent of the economy has got a raw deal under BJP rule
@Sharadmahendar12
@Sharadmahendar12 13 сағат бұрын
Left calls for a radical structural transformation in the economy rather than doling out breadcrumbs under the garb of welfare schemes...the two states that implemented welfare schemes right is Tamil Nadu and Kerala...whatever the BJP is doing now..these states have already accomplished it 10-20 years back..and these welfare schemes were coupled with higher investments in education and Health ..and also land reforms in the case of Kerala,now Tamil Nadu is focusing on eliciting more investments in Manufacturing and IT sector (due to the presence of a skilled workforce in the state) while Kerala is working towards creating a knowledge based economy

Is there a slowdown.. wasn't this the real scene from the beginning? Whole point is the stock market moves have brought many to the realty test check. Actually, the stock markets ran ahead of the times assuming unrealistic stuffs. Movers were majorly driven by exuberant retail participation with extensive leveraged margin facilities, and extensive derivate play..These have become uncontrollable adding to the spiral effect accompanied by the FII sell off.. Unless the DIIs and LIC walks into the pitch with heavy bats, its difficult to control this scenario.. Having said these, Real GDP growth of 6.5% plus Inflation rate of 5% leading to nominal growth of 11.5%-12% are kind of in tact.. which means the bluechip stocks can see 1.5x of this in their revenue and earnings.. That should be kind of acceptable scenario.. Stock market is never an indicator of economy. Its just a sentiment indicator affected by flows in the short turn.. and influenced by earning in the long run..

Don't paint all gloom and doom. Problem lies in India's politics. Next level of growth can only come , after agricultural , land , labor reform and making State governments municipalities efficient and all these are political land mines. Modi government already burned its finger with Farm laws protest, now tell me which government will put its neck out . Problem is India people itself love freebies , and vote for them who gives them. So now every party is doing freebies politics.

So, as a conclusion of this excellent analysis, what are your recommendations? Since you haven’t spoken of any of economic steps that the Modi government should take, do you recommend a change of government at the centre? Do you recommend “back to the good old days of the Congress rule”? Is that your narrative? Also another serious question to all the “great” economists in our country… why is it that you always talk about the central government budgets and schemes etc? Why is it that you never speak a word or do any real analysis of the state government budgets and economic mismanagement which deals a far more greater blow to our economy?

It’s easier to comment on hindsight.It’s no rocket science to understand that when a new PM with different ideology takes charge, he needs to undo many wrongdoings of the previous regime while keeping the economy growing . It takes time to set house in order , which necessitates changes in policies/mindset / attitude/ including personnel within the administration .The present regime under the leadership of an astute leader PM Modi has to undo misdoings of almost seven decades of previous regime. Yet despite many odds, within one decade of the present regime, our country has reached an enviable status in World Rankings of economic growth. There is no gain without pain , hence pain has to be endured by one and all , irrespective of any economic classes, if one wants to see the country in the top five economies. History is replete with stories about pain, sacrifices, hardships faced by citizens of countries which have risen from ruins. Let’s remind ourselves that fence-sitters including those advocating are also contributing to success will be the first ones to take credit for success stories of our nation. Let’s make the country great again. “Rome was not built in a single Day”.

🔥🔥 LEADERSHIP, DEMOCRACY & GOVERNANCE 🔥🔥 💥💥 LEADERSHIP REFORMS 💥💥- ** Is MODI a "Well Qualified" Leader for India? ** 1. Modi runs country like a ”one man show.." Why Only Modi and Amit Shah occupies marketing space in news media ? 2. India has 1.4 billion population.. so don't we have enough leaders who knows good governance and politics? 3. People voted him for "NATIONAL role as a PRIME MINISTER" so instead of solving National problems using his LOGIC..why does he go for poll campaigns for state and muncipal elections..? 4. Does Modi understand his job description ? it just shows he is incompetent in his duties.. 5. He promotes "One Nation One Election".. then why doesn't he promote "ONE NATION-ONE TEAM-one goal - one achievement.." ? 6. why focusing more on elections rather than national development..? 💥💥 DEMOCRACY REFORMS 💥💥 **POLLS AND ELECTIONS -** 1. Unqualified leaders are results of unqualified voters.. 2. Voters are getting easily fooled by shrewd politicians who use shrewd strategies.. 3. Elections are used to gain Power and fulfill selfish interest and not for people's interest... 4. So we need to upgrade and re design the election process too.. 5. Elections should be held every year.. so in case of false promises.. voters should get RIGHT to punish cunning politicians.. ** SO DO WE NEED DEMOCRACY ?** 1. Do we really need politics, Power games, drama.? 2. Why democracy limited to "voting" only? 3. Are "voters" and "Elected Leaders" well qualified to make good democratic decisions ? 4. Instead of annual budget why government doesn't talk about annual results and achievements..? 5. Largest stakeholder- people - biggest losers.. 6. smallest stake holders - elected leaders - biggest beneficiaries.. 💥💥 GOVERNANCE REFORMS 💥💥 ** TO SUCCEED WE NEED -** 1. Right people 2. Right approach 3. Right plans 🔥🔥 SIMPLE LOGIC 🔥🔥 ** HIRE, FIRE & RESULTS NECESSARY ** 1. To make India - *DEVELOPED country- HIRE developers *PROSPEROUS country- HIRE finance experts. *TECH GIANT - HIRE Technologist. *TRULY DEMOCRATIC - FIRE corrupt, uneducated and selfish politicians.. 5. Instead of providing free food..Provide free Solar panels, E - Bicycles, Laptops to all.. (Energy+ Work+ knowledge) 6. Adopt digital education, digital economy, e-governance, new technologies. 💥💥 Election manifesto -💥💥 Election should be fought on following issues- 1. Per capita income 2. Quality of life 3. Standard of living 4. Human development index 💥💥 CHANGE - 💥💥 Time has come to UPGRADE and REDESIGN 75 years old Democracy Model.. 💥💥 SUCCESS Mantra -💥💥 Indian constitution says.. सत्यमेव जयते.. Bhagwat Gita says.. धर्म की जीत.. supreme court says.. न्याय की जीत.. 💥💥 AUTHOR -💥💥 Amit Pustake Who am I? (father of the nation) 1st battle(1947) - Independent India Next battle(2025) - Prosperous India.... POWER GAME Begins... 🚩🚩🚩🚩
