Can't wait to try this, and the original version too. Got my griddle after X-Mas and am loving it. So much flavor and so fast to cook. Your channel has been my go-to for tips and tricks and fabulous ideas. Made your grilled cheese sandwich last week and it was sooo good. Oh, and fried rice. Also so good, even left over.

Not gonna lie, this is my favorite griddle channel. The Pellets and Pits channel is not far behind. Well done on both! I did this recipe for the family about a week ago and they loved it. Just made this tonight. What a great recipe! Very easy and delicious! For a Gluten Free version (for my wife) I used the Pad Thai rice noodles. So good! Thanks for the help!!

My husband and I were talking the other day that we were making the same things over and over again and needed to come up with something different. Thank you for this, it is what I'm making tonight. I will add some zucchini, onion and carrots on the side to round out the meal.

Totally agree with you on putting some char on the noodles! Fun fact, in Japanese cooking they call that “Wok hei” or breath of the wok. The technique gives so much more depth of flavor!

I still watch all of your content, but I could have sworn that you were Keto when I started watching you but now everything has rice and noodles plus sweet Asian sauces. Even though I know that it tastes amazing and looks great I can’t eat it.
