I made this the other night delicious. Thanks to you I have caught on quickly to my Blackstone. I love how you and your wife compliment each other on your content. Very straightforward. Because if you guys I'm able to make recipes that people that's had Blackstone for years has never thought of. ❤ And it turns out magical every time.

I get so many ideas from your postings, but that is not what brings me back to watch. Amy’s working of the camera shots are outstanding, and more importantly the interaction the two of you have is special. You my friend (I know we have never met) are a special chef, but the two of you make chemistry we all want to watch, and hearing the kids in the background you both have a special family too. Keep doing what you do until it is not special for you anymore. But don’t make that anytime soon. Hahaha.

Used to have this in Taiwan. There was a great place by the hotel in Taipei. Outstanding! As you were plating it, I was thinking a Sriracha drizzle would be perfect, and then… Nice job, and I agree with noodles vs rice. Gotta do this.

I made my first Asian dish on the griddle the other night. I need to remember to use the method you show here so the sauce doesn’t reduce so quickly. Thanks for sharing that method again! Every video I pick up something new! So thank you for the great content!! And for chili crisp - I haven’t had the brand you showed, but my favorite is Lao Ga Ma. It is excellent compared to the others I’ve had.

This is a tasty recipe. I used NY strip steaks and added chicken thighs for a beef or chicken option. I do need to work on how-to keep the noodles from sticking together. I would also add more cabbage, and other veggies like broccoli and bean sprouts. Adding the butter & red pepper flakes to the noodles is a definite pro tip. It adds very subtle hint of heat. Very nice touch.

Great recipe to create the dish, super griddle instruction and use, of course the video work matches the griddlin. Combine all three, that is why this is the source for good griddlin. Going to have to search for some of the ingredients when we go to the "big stores". Great job.

I love your content but think you hammered that beef. You can make a marinade with sugar, a bit of corn starch, soy and a bit of baking soda. Needs only about 20 minutes and then hit the grill for 1 minute on either side. Great maillard reaction, the sugar helps, and it will continue to cook a bit as it rests. You will need a sauce at the end for the noodles and veggies but it won't have evaporated on the grill. You are spot on about placing the beef, I do it in a wok and do the same thing. You want every slice hitting the hot surface for a short period on each side, piles aren't helpful in that regard. Thanks for sharing, I am sure it was great despite my beef ramblings.
