This is my daughter Monique Howell. We have been trying to get her help since she was a teenager. We have begged her to get help. I'm terrified that I'm going to get a call that she's dead. I wish she would contact us so we can at least bring her back to Tucson. If anyone talks to her again tell her that her dad and mom want her to call us to come home. I am freaking out with her out there.

My wonderful niece.. I love her so much. A kinder hearted person, there is none. It's beyond disheartening to feel so powerless. The last time I spoke to her she avoided talking about her future, so I let her keep the conversation light. I hope someday soon that she chooses a life that I can be a part of. I will love you forever, Monique. 💙

Eta: I know you guys want to believe she "felt safe", that's the human in us feeling sympathy/empathy BUT I'm telling you right now, IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HER FEELING SAFE. I hope you guys have NEVER struggled with addiction to fentanyl but if you're unfortunately someone who has then you know, you'll nod and or fall out ANY WHERE ANY TIME. . Feeling safe has nothing to do with it, unfortunately. It's just because she literally just got done smoking some blues before the camera turned on. Straw in hand, foil on ground next to her ect.

@fionarobins49583 ай бұрын
Sadly even if Art called the authority's &stayed till they arrived&filmed it so the people that watch the channel but don't seem to understand addiction &the fact that it's her choice(whether we or Art agree with that choice)would see on film when the police/ambulance turned up&woke her up they can't force her to go anywhere,if they did try to force her(legally there not aloud to take anyone anywhere if they refuse to go,that would class as kidnapping)she would kick off&refuse to go,I know that's hard to get Yr head round but sadly that's addiction.....❤

Thank you for all you do. Interviewing them, talking to them and being a support system for them. Doing this helps bring help to them and further support that they desperately need 👏🏼🩷🧡 so many look down upon addicts but NONE of them said hey this life is the life I choose, it all started with no true proper help for mental health despite most reaching out for it before it got to this point. Then they get offered drugs that helps temporarily relieve the stress and pain from whatever is going on in their life and then it spirals out of control and they get addicted then they NEED it to just be OK and manage every day life on life terms. I am a recovering addict and I was lucky enough to pull myself out of the darkness on my own for my children but not everybody is strong enough to do that and I'm so happy they're are ppl like you and others watching that understand and do the best they can to help and offer support ❤

Unfortunately that’s how it is every time they hit those fent pills. They have hotspots.. even the most seasoned user can just perish just like that in an instance. You know WHY the cartel and China made these pills right? Bc we put a prohibition on oxy here in the USA. DEATHS HAVE MORE THAN QUADRUPLED SINCE. Prohibition does. Not. Work. Safer prescribed meds are so much better than whatever the fuck this is. I know addicts shouldn’t be taking meds that people need… but the addicts took them away from EVERYONE! President announced the action and now we have literal old grannies taking fent pills bc our government doesn’t give a shit. We need to bring back pain pills…. Is what it is. Look at what happened with alcohol. THIS IS A THOUSAND TIMES WORSE THAN THE BOOTLEG ALCOHOL DEATHS
