Hahaha, well I'm 56 and I started learning several years ago in my late forties that my whole family especially my mother have been very narcissistic psychopathic neglectful and abusive to me my whole life, theyve stolen a family and home from me and left me for dead throughout my life ever since I was a child. They're all living fine healthy happy lives especially my mother and always have, I guess my mother is about seventy four now, she was eighteen when I was born. This lady in the video looks much worse and older than my mom. My family especially my mother are bad, really bad, I don't know about this lady but just because someone is old doesn't necessarily mean they're good or deserve any car . My mother and most of my relatives should have been punished or put away somewhere decades ago.

Sadly, at this point homelessness is at such critical levels, we in Adelaide have a fair share of homeless elderly. Fortunately our war on drugs isn't as desperate but housing is in a shocking state. They cleared all the trust homes, greedy developers replaced them with boxes that are the only entry into housing ownership for the younger generation.

@@marlenbayona9904 How can she put herself in a nursing home? They are not free and having known someone who had to go into a nursing home because of her health, it isn't always a good choice. You are often treated worse than being on the street. Even if you can afford it, if you don't have a family member or a good advocate, you may not fair well. My friend could afford it and she had a daughter and sister as advocates and still had to be moved at least three times due to the treatment/lack of attention and conditions of the home itself. If you are planning to depend on a nursing home in your old age, don't. You need to start planning for your winter years when you get your first job. My husband and I were just average income people but we made sure to plan for old age. You cannot forsee all your needs but you will be in a much better place. My own mother hid the fact she was diagnosed with cancer from my brother, because he was going through a hard time. She wouldn't let us tell him. When he finally found out, she was done treatment, but it almost broke him. Not because she had cancer, but because the worst could have happened and he wouldn't have known that her time with us could have been cut short. Honestly a lot of elder people on the streets who have children have done something unforgivable to them or burned all their bridges. Adult children are not clueless to elderly parents circumstance if they are in contact with them, especially after one dies. And why would a good parent in a good relationship with their kid not want help from them? It isn't a burden to keep your mother off the street, it is an expected responsibility. No doubt there was a disgusting rent increase but I wonder what else is being left out. I believe she should receive government help and not be on the streets no matter what happened. No one should be living like this but especially a disabled senior.
