The knight of pentacles has nothing to do with romance, or things happening soon. It basically refers to working hard and being productive as well as patience. When in reference to romance it means a stable (if boring) relationship. And the chariot doesn't refer to restlessness, but to overcoming adversity through hard work, being unstoppable. In romance it refers to overcoming a rough patch in a relationship. Basically, this psychic isn't even good at being a psychic.

This episode is kind of based on a true store except the victim wasn't murdered. She had gotten into a car accident with her son and a random woman (not a 'psychic') who lived states away was able to pinpoint her location. She didn't even know the woman.
