The monkey is so thorough in his grooming and serious! I crack up when I see the other dog take a peek and retreats. He probably wants a grooming too. So amazing! :)

we chain animals in usa too. sometimes necessary, but always a pain for the animal. i chained a puppy when i was still young and stupid, and i came home too many hours later, and he was gone. i still feel bad about the poor dog, and unfortunately, i am now OLD and stupid.

Leashing animals is sometimes necessary when we don't want them to get lost or missing when we go out far away from home.

It is illegal for them to have monkeys as pets and also illegal for them to exploit the monkeys for money. Which is what they are doing on KZbin and Facebook, they get paid for likes and subscribers and such. As always I have reported to the Vietnam government agencies as well as the IRS for collecting money and not claiming. I ask for others to report as well. PLEASE SAVE THESE ADORABLE MONKEYS FROM THEIR ABUSERS.
